Request for Expression of Interest for IT Equipment, Office Furniture & Paper products
The Program Management Unit (PMU) under the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) entrusted for the implementation of activities under Reaching All Children with Education in Lebanon (RACE) Program would like to call an Expression of Interest (EOI) from companies interested in being considered for tender for the provision of:
“IT Equipment & Accessories"
“Office Furniture"
“Paper products"
All experienced companies engaged in trading of IT Equipment and Accessories, Office Furniture and Paper Products interested to collaborate with MEHE are requested to respond to this request.
Interested companies are requested to contact the PMU at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education by Wednesday July 10th, 2019, by email to pmuproc@mehe.gov.lb with relevant subject line:
“PMU007 – 2019, EOI" for “IT Equipment & Accessories";
“PMU008 – 2019, EOI" for “Office Furniture";
“PMU009 – 2019, EOI" for “Paper products";
The bidding document in English will be sent through email to eligible bidders.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for consideration of its tender, the bidders should have:
- A company registration certificate;
- A financial clearance from the Ministry of Finance;
- Registered with the VAT department at the Ministry of Finance in Lebanon;
- A proof of completion of similar projects.
